Audio Fingerprinting & Matching

Audio Fingerprint Matching (AFM) is a powerful audio recognition technology that converts sound signals into unique digital fingerprints for real-time content identification. It accurately matches audio even in noisy environments, detects channel changes automatically, and works without requiring any hardware installation at the broadcaster’s end. AFM supports IPTV, Streaming TV, CTV, Cable TV, DVB set-top boxes, Android TV, Firestick, and Apple TV, delivering precise content identification based on content-derived audio features.

Object Recognistion technology

Object Recognition Technology (ORT) uses proprietary AI/ML image processing to analyse video feeds captured by the Indi Meter and accurately identify the content being viewed. It works through a dedicated Video Capture Card connected to devices like STBs or streaming boxes, allowing AI models to detect channel logos, platform branding, and ad frames in real time. This visual recognition improves program and commercial tracking — especially when audio is unreliable — while supporting reference data creation for audio fingerprinting, enabling precise ad monitoring, and strengthening overall data quality and validation.
